　44歳，女性。人間ドックの超音波検査にて左腎腫瘤を指摘され，当科に紹介された。CTにて左腎上極に大鶏卵大の内部不均—な腫瘤を認め，またMRI，血管造影では出血を伴った腫瘤として認められた。出血を伴う腎細胞癌と診断し，左腎全摘出術を施行した。摘出腎の割面は均一で，茶褐色を呈し，中に血性貯留液を含んでいた。組織学的には好酸性顆粒状細胞質を有する細胞よりなるオンコサイトーマであった。

A 44-year-old woman who had a mass on the left kidney was hospitalized to our hospital. Computed tomography, renal angiography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a tumor with hemorrhage. Left total nephrectomy was performed. The tumor size was 35 × 27 × 25 mm and cut surface was homogenous in color containing old bloody fluid. Histpathologically the cells of the tumor had eosinophilic cytoplasm, showing typical features of oncocytoma. This case is the 86 th case in Japanese literatures.
