Ⅰ　はじめに

　鼻副鼻腔真菌症は，耳鼻咽喉科の日常診療において時に遭遇する疾患であり，その多くは手術的治療にて良好な経過を辿る。しかし，なかには眼窩や頭蓋内に浸潤して致死的となる例もあるため慎重な対応が必要といえる。今回われわれは当科にて治療を行った鼻副鼻腔真菌症例について臨床的検討を行ったので報告する。

　We reviewed 74 cases（76 sides）of the nasal and paranasal sinus mycosis treated in our hospital in last ten years. Patient ages ranged from 19 to 92 years old（median：62.5）. Of 74 cases,6 cases were invasive type and 68 were non-invasive. Calcification on CT scan was found in 75（98.7％）of 76 sides mainly involved the maxillary sinus. All cases were diagnosed by pathological examination. Endoscopic sinus surgery was performed in 62 sides（81.6％）. Aspergillus and Candida were detected in 61（82.4％）and 6（8.1％）cases,respectively. Only one case of the maxillary sinus was recurred.
