Ⅰ　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における真菌症は外耳道，鼻副鼻腔や口腔咽頭に発生することが多く^1），喉頭に限局した報告は稀である。

　今回われわれは，声帯に限局して発生したアスペルギルス症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 57-year-old male presented with the chief complaint of hoarseness. The white-colored and bulging mass,and slight white-colored mucosal change were found in the anterior one third of the vocal cord in each side. The left mass was soft and not invaded to mucosa,which was resected using electric flexible fiberscope,and the diagnosis was aspergillosis. The pathological changes were cured without additional treatment of antifungal drug two months after the resection. Postoperative course was uneventful at present.
