側頸部に発生した耳下腺外ワルチン腫瘍の2例

Two cases of extraparotid Warthin's tumor in the lateral neck

Ⅰ．はじめに

　ワルチン腫瘍は唾液腺に発生する良性腫瘍のうち多形腺腫に次いで多い腫瘍である。病理組織学的には唾液腺由来の囊胞状腺腔を形成する上皮性組織とリンパ性組織の増殖が特徴である。本疾患は比較的高齢で喫煙歴のある男性の耳下腺に発生することが多く，耳下腺外に発生することは稀である。

　今回われわれは側頸部に発生した耳下腺外ワルチン腫瘍の2例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We report two rare cases of extraparotid Warthin's tumor arising from the lateral cervical lymph node. Two 79-year-old men presented with the right lateral neck masses without tenderness and referred pain. Both patients underwent surgical excisional biopy of the tumors for diagnosis. Those masses were easily extirpated without adhesion and there were no communication with the parotid gland. Those specimens were dark-red, slight irregular, slight elastic hard nodular masses. Histopathological examinations of two cases revealed Warthin's tumor. No reccurences were observed after the surgery until now in both cases.
