鼻腔から発生した孤立性線維性腫瘍の1例

A case of solitary fibrous tumor in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus

Ⅰ　はじめに

　孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は1931年にKlempererら^1）により初めて報告された間葉系細胞由来の良性腫瘍である。SFTの多くは胸膜・腹膜などの漿膜に発生し，耳鼻咽喉科領域では比較的稀である。今回われわれは左鼻副鼻腔に生じたSFTの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We reported a rare case of solitary fibrous tumor in the left nasal cavity and paranasal sinus in a 41-year-old male with the chief complaint of left nasal bleeding. During transnasal inspection,a mass with milkywhite-colored smooth surface in the anterior part and blackred-colored irregular one in the posterior part was found in the left common and middle nasal meatus. Enhanced CT showed the mass occupied the left common and middle nasal meatus,anterior ethmoid sinus,and maxillary sinus. Endoscopic sinus surgery was performed for the complete resection. Histopathological examination revealed the solitary fibrous tumor. Postoperative course was uneventful at the time of report.
