鼻腔に発生した神経鞘腫の2例

Two cases of nasal neurinoma

Ⅰ　はじめに

　神経鞘腫はシュワン細胞由来の良性腫瘍であり，全身のあらゆる部位に発生する可能性がある^1,2）。頭頸部領域では聴神経での発生が多くを占め鼻腔にみられることは比較的稀である。最近われわれは鼻腔に発生した神経鞘腫を2例経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 42-and a 22-year-old females visited our hospital with the chief complaint of bilateral nasal obstruction.

　The smooth surface,milky and white colored elastic soft masses were located in the right nasal cavity of the case 1 and the left of the case 2. In each case,those tumors were successfully excised by endoscopic sinus surgery. Their origins were in the nasal septum in the case 1 and the lateral wall of the left nasal cavity in the case 2. Pathological diagnosis of each case was neurinoma. The postoperative courses of those cases were uneventful until the time of this report.
