Ⅰ．はじめに

　血管平滑筋腫は四肢に好発する平滑筋由来の良性腫瘍であり女性に多いとされている^1）。しかし，頭頸部領域に発生することは比較的稀である^2）。今回われわれは，鼻腔に発生した血管平滑筋腫の2例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　In case 1,a 61-year-old female presented with the chief complaint of right-side nasal pain and swelling. The red-colored mass was located in the right side of the nasal septum. In case 2,a 73-year-old female was complained of the left nasal bleeding. Papillomatous mass was located in the left inferior turbinate. Both cases were easily resected using rigid endoscope endonasally,and diagnosis was vascular leiomyoma histopathologically. Postoperative courses were uneventful.
