Ⅰ．はじめに

　類上皮型血管内皮腫（epithelioid hemangioendothelioma：EH）は良性と悪性の中間に位置づけられる腫瘍であるが，舌に発生することは稀である。われわれが渉猟し得た限りではこれまでにEHと診断された報告は国内外で10例のみであった^1～6）。今回われわれは舌に発生した類上皮型血管内皮腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

　Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma（EH）is classified as a vascular tumor with borderline biological properties that is between the hemangioma and the angiosarcoma. We reported a rare case of EH occurred in the tongue. A 12-year-old female visited our hospital with a mass in the tongue. The mass was elastic hard with slightly irregular surface and it was resected by oral approach. Histopathological examination involved immunohistochemistory revealed EH. Clinical course was uneventful about five years after surgery.
