鼻腔に発生した平滑筋腫の1例

Leiomyoma of Nasal Cavity

緒言

　鼻腔原発の良性腫瘍としては血管腫，乳頭腫が多数を占め，その他，神経原性腫瘍，骨・軟骨原性腫瘍などが挙げられているが^1），平滑筋腫（leio—myoma）の報告は稀である。

　今回我々は，下甲介より発生した平滑筋腫の症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Leiomyoma of the nose is very rare because of the paucity of smooth muscles. A 78-year-old man complained of right nasal obstruction and epiphora. On examination of the nasal cavity a nodular mass situated at the most anterior por-tion of the right nasal cavity.

The tumor was originated from the anterior end of inferior nasal turbinate, and measured 1.0 ×0.8×0.8cm. Pathological findings revealed angioleiomyoma, probably derived from the walls of blood vessels. The etiology and prognosis were discussed.
