鼻腔底に発生した血管平滑筋腫の1例

Nasal Angioleiomyoma:A Report of Case

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域において扱う鼻腔腫瘍は副鼻腔腫瘍に比べて病理組織が多彩であるといわれている。そのなかで良性腫瘍は乳頭腫，血管腫の占める割合が多く認められ平滑筋腫の報告は比較的稀である。今回われわれは左鼻腔底に発生した血管平滑筋腫症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 58-year-old male complained of recurrentnasal bleeding of the left nasal cavity. A mass with smooth surface was seen on floor of the left nasal cavity. The tumor was resected by incision along the border of the ala nasi. The postoperative course was uneventful, and no sign of recurrence has been noted half year after the operation.
