Ⅰ．はじめに

　木村病は青年男性の耳下腺をはじめとする頸部に好発し，無痛性の腫瘤を形成する軟部組織肉芽腫で，血中好酸球増加，血清IgE増加を特徴とする^1）。病理学的にはリンパ濾胞様構造の増生と好酸球浸潤が認められ，何らかのアレルギーの関与が考えられている^1）。今回われわれは耳下腺と眼瞼に加え，喉頭蓋にも病変を認めたきわめて稀な木村病の1例を経験したので報告する。

　We reported a rare case of 45-year-old male with Kimura's disease of the epiglottis. He presented with a parotid and eyelid swelling. Blood examination revealed marked eosinophilia. The extirpation was performed for the parotid and eyelid lesions. Biopsy was performed from the epiglottis because the complete resection was difficult. All the lesions were consistent with Kimura's disease. After the operation, the level of eosinophils of blood cell count recovered to the normal limits.
