舌巨大筋肉内血管腫の1例

A Case of Giant Intramuscular Hemangioma of the Tongue

I．はじめに

　血管腫は頭頸部において舌，口唇，頰粘膜に一般的にみられる良性腫瘤性病変の1つである。しかし，筋線維間を浸潤性に発育する筋肉内血管腫の報告は稀である。

　今回われわれは，舌に発生した巨大筋肉内血管腫症例を経験したので報告する。

　Intramuscular hemangiomas of the head and neck are rare benign tumors. Approximately 10～20％ of intramuscular hemangiomas occur in the head and neck,and only one case in the tongue has ever been reported.

　A 41-year-old man was found to have a giant intramuscular hemangioma about 5.0 cm in diameter located within his tongue.

　During operating,it became difficult to control bleeding,and the left lingual artery ligation with an extraoral approach was performed.
