外頸静脈に生じたvenous aneurysmの1例

A case of external jugular venous aneurysm

I．はじめに

　頸部腫瘤を主訴とする疾患のなかで，静脈脈瘤は稀で本邦報告例は33例に過ぎない。今回われわれは，右の頸部腫瘤を主訴に受診した外頸静脈に生じたvenous aneurysm例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Venous aneurysum is usually not found in the neck. A 68-year-old female presented with a venous aneurysum in the right side of her neck. The mass was 5cm in diameter with a soft nature and the size was not altered by changing position. Ultrasonic examination showed that the mass was connected to the external jugular vein and there was a thrombus in the mass. We finally diagnosed by angiography and surgical findings. The mass was surgically removed without any complications including pulumonary embolism.
