Abstract 文献概要

　原田病3症例の治療経過を追跡した。全例ともステロイドに抵抗し，5か月から11か月にわたって遷延した。視機能が良好で検眼鏡的に黄斑部に病変が確認されない時期でも，光干渉断層計（OCT）による検索では微細な網膜下浮腫が認められる場合があり，ステロイド治療で網膜下浮腫が緩解する経過が観察できた。慢性化した本症での治療効果の判定と経過観察にOCTが有用であると考えられた。

We treated 6 eyes in 3 patients of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease. In spite of systemic and topical corticosteroid,all the cases ran protracted courses with recurrences of retinal detachment for 5 to 11 months. Optical coherence tomography(OCT) showed the presence of minimal macular detachment even when funduscopy showed the macula to be flat withno impairement in visual functions. OCT was also useful in evaluating the course of resolution of subretinal fluid duringtreatment with corticosteroid. These cases show the usefulness of OCT as a guide in the treatment of chronic stage ofthis disease.
