　水晶体超音波乳化吸引術中に後嚢が破損した9眼に対して，経毛様体扁平部水晶体切除術，硝子体切除術，眼内レンズ毛様溝挿入術を同時に行った。眼内レンズ偏位，瞳孔牽引，網膜剥離などの合併症はなく，全例で良好な結果が得られた。本術式は，白内障手術中に起きた後嚢破損への対策として有効である。

Rupture of the posterior lens capsule occurred in 9 eyes during phacoemulsification for cataract. We treated this condition by simultaneous pars plana lensectomy, anterior vitretomy and sulcus -fixated in-traocular lens (IOL) implantation. The intra- and postoperative course was uneventful in all the 9 eyes. There has been no complication including ectopia of IOL, corectopia, or retinal detachment. This procedure is useful in the management of posterior capsule rupture during cataract surgery.
