（B9-2-9）　緑内障性視神経障害に伴う青錐体感度異常の検出を目的とし，Humphrey Field Analyzer （HFA）の短波長感度錐体視野（SWAP）の黄斑プログラムの再現性と有用性について検討した。正常眼16例，16眼を対象にした再現性の検討では，3回の黄斑部青錐体平均感度に統計学的有意差はなかった。開放隅角緑内障59例59眼を対象にした有用性の検討では，視神経乳頭陥凹面積比と黄斑部青錐体平均感度との問に有意な相関（p＜0.01）が得られた。HFAのSWAPによる黄斑プログラムは，緑内障性視神経障害に伴う青錐体感度異常の検出に有用である。

We evaluated the reproducibility and efficacy of macular program in short-wavelength automated perimetry (SWAP) of Humphrey field analyzer in detecting the blue cone dysfunction in glaucoma. There were no significant dif-ferences in the reproducibility of blue cone sensitivity repeated three times in 16 normal eyes. Regarding efficacy of the method, there was a significant correlation between the cup/disc area ratio and the macular blue cone sensitivity in 59 eyes of 59 patients with open-angle glaucoma (p ＜ 0.01). The findings show the usefulness of macular program of the system in detecting the blue cone dysfunction in eyes with glaucomatous optic nerve damage.
