緒　言

　われわれはモアレ理論を使つて乳頭の深さを臨床的，定量的に測定する方法を発表してきた。しかし眼底上でモアレ縞を発生させる方法^3，4），格子縞のある2枚のフイルムを重ねる方法^5），いずれの方法も発生したモアレ縞が不明瞭であつた。このため前回報告のした眼底撮影装置^5）によつて得られた1枚の格子像のある眼底フイルムを解析して陥凹の深さを定量的に測定する装置を作成し，既に一部は1978年に行なわれた国際眼科学会緑内障シンポジウムで発表した^6）。

　今回はこれらの装置を使つて正常および視野障害を持つ緑内障眼の乳頭を立体的に検討を加えたので報告する。

The vertical grating images are projected onto the ocular fundus from either nasal or temporal side and the fundus is photographed in theroutine manner. And then,a fundus photograph with ver-tical grating lines can be obtained. When the surf-ace of the fundus is uneven, the grating lines are distorted. By this means, excavation of the optic disc is represented by the distortion of the grat-ing lines and it is possible to measure the amo-unt of excavation by analyzing the distortion. In the present work, the distortion was measured by densitometry.
