Abstract 文献概要

（B5-1-5）　典型的な両眼の先天性黄斑欠損症を15歳女児とその12歳の妹に診断した。両症例とも黄斑に黄白色病巣があり．病巣内とその辺縁に色素があった。姉に行ったインドシアニングリーン赤外螢光眼底造影で，病巣内で脈絡毛細血管板が欠如している所見が得られた。姉の左眼に角膜輪部デルモイドがあり．先天性黄斑欠損症に神経外胚葉の分化異常が関与している可能性が推定された。

We diagnosed a 15-year-old girl and her 12-year-old sister as typical bilateral congenital macular coloboma. Both cases showed yellowish lesion in the macula. Pigment patches were present in and around the lesion. Indocyanine green angiography in the first case showed findings suggesting absence of choriocapillaries in the affected macular area. The first case showed limbal dermoid in her left eye, suggesting the possibility of abnormal development of neural ectoderm as the cause of macular coloboma.
