　3歳10か月の女児に，頻脈と多汗などの症状を契機として言高血圧（200／110mmHg）が発見され，腹部画像診断で左側の副腎腫瘍と診断された。眼底には，乳頭浮腫，網膜細動脈の狭細化，硬性白斑があった。腫瘍の全摘術が行われた。腫瘍は副腎原発であり，病理組織学的に低分化型の神経節芽細胞腫と診断された。術後は血圧が低下し，網膜細動脈硬化が改善し，硬性白斑が減少した。

A girl was diagnosed as systemic hypertension at the age of 3 years 10 months. Tachycardia and hyperhydrosis were the initial clinical signs. Computed tomography showed left adrenal tumor. Funduscopy showed papilledema, narrowing of retinal arterioles and hard exudates. The adrenal tumor was surgically removed. The tumor was diagnosed as ganglioneuroblastoma of poorly differentiated type. After surgery, the systemic blood pressure drastically normalized followed by improvement of narrowing of retinal arterioles and resolution of hard exudates.
