スクリーニング検査で検出困難なごく軽度の第1・第2色弱60例の色覚検査成績を検討した。このような微度色覚異常は，アノマロスコープでは定型的な第1色弱または第2色弱の均等を示すが，仮生同色表の誤読数が正常範囲で，ランタンテストの誤りも少ない。しかし，色識別の予備能力が乏しく，視認条件によっては赤緑異常に特有の色誤認をすることがあるので，色覚異常であることを自覚させておく必要がある。したがって，スクリーニンク検査はできるだけ巌密に行わなければならない。
We reviewed 60 cases of minimal anomalous trichromats. They made few, if any, errors when examined by pseudoisochromatic plates and by lantern test and were often judged as normal in color perception. They were readily grouped either as protanomaly or deuternanomaly by anomaloscope. While they showed almost normal daily activities, they were likely to make color-related errors under unfavorable circumstances due to poor reserve capacity of color discrimination. We advocate strict screening tests in order to make them aware of their color deficiency.
