（18-P3-20）　人間ドックを受診した7,242人に対して，2方法による緑内障のスクリーニングを行った。2,639人には，無散瞳眼底カメラによる眼底写真から，緑内障性の視神経乳頭の緑内障性変化または網膜神経線維層欠損を検索した。他の4,603人には，圧平式眼圧測定，隅角検査，散瞳眼底検査を行い，その1項目以上が異常のときを陽性とした。緑内障の検出率は量前群で0.19％，後群で1.15％であった。検出された緑内障は，開放隅角型が7割以上，閉塞隅角型が約2割であった。以上から，緑内障の検出には，眼底撮影だけでは不十分であり，細隙灯顕微鏡検査，眼圧測定、隅角検査，特に散瞳下の乳頭の立体観察が重要であると結論される。

We screened 7,242 persons who underwent health-check program for glaucoma by two methods. A total of 2,639 persons were examined for glaucomatous disc cupping or retinal nerve fiber defect by nonmydriatic fundus photography. The other 4,603 persons were examined by applanation tonometry, gonioscopy and funduscopy after mydriasis. Glaucoma was detected in 0.19% in the former group and in 1.15% in the latter. The glaucoma was open angle in more than 70% of cases and was closed angle in about 20%. The findings show that fundus photography alone is insufficient for detection of glaucoma and that the screening test should include slitlamp examination, tonometry, gonioscopy and funduscopy under mydriasis.
