Abstract 文献概要

（18-レセ2-14）　光学的干渉断層計（optical coherence tomography：OCT）で，正常眼での角膜・隅角・強膜・球結膜の断層像を検索した。正面からの観察で，角膜・水晶体前嚢・虹彩・強膜・球結膜・角膜輪部などの断層像が観察できた。毛様体・強膜岬・シュレム管など深部組織の画像化と同定は困難であった。OCTでの前眼部断層像の定量性を検索するために，角膜中央部と，上下と水平の4方向での角膜輪部の厚さを測定した結果，全体の変動係数は3.0％と良好であつた。緑内障手術後の濾過法や裂隙についても，臨床的に有意義な断層像が得られた。

We studied the anterior ocular segment of 5 normal eyes by optical coherence tomography (OCT). It clearly showed the cornea, iris, sclera, bulbar conjunctiva and the corneal limbus and not the ciliary body, scleral spur or the canal of Schlemm. Measurement of the thickness of the central and limbal cornea in four directions gave 3.0% as the coefficient of variation. OCT was also useful in observing the filtering bleb and scleral fissure after filtering glaucoma surgery.
