　胞状網膜剥離（Gass）では，色素上皮からの透過性亢進によって，眼底後極部に色素上皮剥離と胞状網膜剥離が生じる。OCTによる検索で，急性期には色素上皮剥離，網膜剥離，浮腫による網膜膨化が観察され，治癒後にはこれらが消失していた。

In bullous retinal detachment (Gass) , hyperpermeability at the level of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) results in RPE detachment and serous retinal detachment. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) during the acute stage showed the presence of RPE detachment, retinal detachment, and swelling of the detached retina. These findings disappeared after resolution.
