（18-P3-15）　緑内障が併発した網膜静脈分枝閉塞症5眼の視神経乳頭の形状解析を行った。解析にはscanninglaser tomographyを用いた。視神経乳頭縁では，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症の発症範囲と網膜表層の形状には相関はなかった。乳頭周辺部では，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症の発症からの時間経過とともに，その範囲に一致して網膜表層が陥凹する傾向があった。これは視神経萎縮を反映する所見と解釈された。

We analyzed the topography of the optic disc in 5 eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and glau-coma. A scanning laser tomography was used in the analysis. There was no correlation between the site of BRVO and the topography of retinal surface at the disc margin. There was a tendency for the retinal surface in the affected peripapillary area to become depressed after persistence of BRVO. This finding was interpreted as reflecting thinning of nerve fiber layer.
