健常人眼の房水動態の日内変動

Circadian rhythm of aqueous dynamics in normal human eyes

　健常人眼での房水動態の日内変動を把握するために，フルオロフォトメトリーを用いて房水流量，線維柱帯房水流出率，ぶどう膜強膜流出量の測定を行った。対象は健常ボランティアの16名16眼。フルオロフォトメトリーで房水流量を測定するとともに，Yablonskiの方法に準じてacetazolamideの内服で房水産生量を変化させて，線維柱帯房水流出率とぶどう膜強膜流出量を算出した。測定は同一日に12時間の時間差で2回，日中と夜間に行った。各測定値の平均は，房水流量は日中が2.18±0.60μl／min，夜間が1.72±0.65μl／min，線維柱体房水流出率は日中が0.21±0.31μl／min／mmHg，夜間が0.11±0.41μl／min／mmHg，ぶどう膜強膜流出量は日中が0.45±2.00μl／min，夜間が1.21±1.2μl／minであった。各測定値について比較検討した結果，房水流量は朝から夜で有意に低下していた。房水流出率とぶどう膜強膜流出量は朝と夜とで有意差がなかった。

We studied the circadian changes of aqueous dynamics in 16 eyes of 16 male adult volunteers. We calculated the aqueous flow, trabecular outflow and uveoscleral outflow from data obtained by fluoro-photometry and oral acetazolamide after Yablonski. Each eye was studied twice, at 8 a. m. and 8 p. m. the same day. The aqueous flow averaged 2.18±0.6μl/min (standard deviation) in the morning and 1.72±0.65 μl/min in the evening. Trabecular outflow rate averaged 0.21±0.31μl/min/mmHg in the morning and 0.11±0.41μl/min/mmHg in the evening. Uveoscleral outflow averaged 0.45±2.00μl/min in the morning and 1.21± 1.12μl/min in the evening. Aqueous flow was significantly lower in the evening than in the morning. There were no siginificant differences in trabecular and uveoscleral outflows between morning and evening measurements.
