　脈絡膜血管腫2例および転移性脈絡膜腫瘍1例に，赤外螢光眼底造影を施行した。前者では，静注早期に色素が脈絡膜血管を染色したが，後者では，終始低螢光のままであった。脈絡膜血管腫の槽構造を知るのに本検査法は有用であるが，転移性脈絡膜腫瘍では，その血管構築により所見が異なる可能性がある。

We performed indocyanine green (ICG) angiography in 2 eyes of choroidal hemangioma and 1 eye of metastatic choroidal tumor. In choroidal angiomas, choroidal vessels in the tumor became fluorescent from early phase on. In metastatic choroidal tumor, the tumor mass remained unstained throughout the course of angiography. ICG angiography was thus useful in identifying cisternal structure within the hemangioma. The angiographic image in metastatic tumor appeared to be dependent on the degree of vascularization of the tumor.
