螢光眼底撮影で診断できた脈絡膜腫瘍

Fluorescense Angiograms and Histopathologic Pictures of the Choroidal Amelanotic Melanoma

緒言

　眼内腫瘍は，しぼしば単なる網膜剥離，続発性緑内障等，他の疾患として取り扱われたり，また，眼球摘出後に，はじめて悪性腫瘍ではないことが判明した例が報告されているように，検眼鏡所見のみで診断するのは慎しむべきであると考えられる。

　眼内腫瘍のうち，脈絡膜に原発するものは，一般に色素に富み，黒色ないし，黒褐色を呈するのが常と考えられがちで，網膜下に隆起した病巣が帯黄白色を示している場合に，これを腫瘍と診断することは困難である。

A report is presented over a case of choroi-dal melanoma in a 29-year-old male in whom visual disturbance OD had been present for the foregoing 2 months.

The deterioration in vision progressed gra-dually and the fundus lesion increased in area and in dimension. Fluorescein fundus angio-graphy was conducted on account of possible neoplasma of the choroid.

After injection of the dye, the lesion fluo-resced during the prearterial phase, followed by intensity in fluorescence during the consecutive transit of the dye. The lesion was found still fluorescent even after 1 hour following injection of the dye.
