　摘出豚眼を用いて，後房レンズ毛様溝縫着術施行時における残余硝子体と後房レンズとの関係を比較検討した。この際に，フルオレセイン液を用いて残余硝子体を染色し，眼球後面からの観察，およびエンドスコープにより硝子体と後房レンズとの関係の観察を行った。経瞳孔前部硝子体切除術を行った群においては，後房レンズのループへの残余硝子体の絡みや巻き込みが認められ，経毛様体扁平部硝子体切除術を行った群においてはそのような所見は認められなかった。後房レンズ毛様溝縫着術施行時には可及的に硝子体を切除すべきであると考えられた。

We evaluated the state of residual anterior vitreous and posterior chamber lens fixated to the sulcus in porcine eyes. The eyes were observed as posterior view by an endoscope after staining the vitreous by fluorescein. The vitreous tended toadhere to or interlock the haptics after transpupil-lary vitrectomy. The vitreous was virtually absent and did not interfere with the haptics after pars plana vitrectomy. Complete vitrectomy is recom-mended for transscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber lens.
