　毛様溝縫着術を行った14例，15眼の眼内レンズの眼内固定状況について，その挿入レンズの傾き，偏心，前房深度を通常の嚢内移植術症例と比較検討した。解析は前眼部画像解析システム（NIDEK，EAS-1000）により行った。眼内レンズの傾きは毛様溝縫着術症例で5.39±1.43°，嚢内移植術例で1.88±0.97°，偏心は，それぞれ0.43±0.24mm，0.35±0.24mm，術後前房深度は3.80±1.4mm，3.52±0.31mmであった。レンズの傾きは色様溝縫着術症例が嚢内固定例に比べ有意に大きかったが，レンズの偏心，術後の前房深度に関しては両者間に有意差をみなかった。毛様溝縫着術例の術後視力は良好で、角膜内皮細胞数の減少も軽度であった。術中，術後の合併症にも問題となるほどのものは経験しなかった。

We evaluated the state of fixation of intraocular lens using an anterior segment image analyzer, Nidek EAS-1000. In 15 eyes with posterior chamber lens with ciliary sulcus suturing, the inclinication of the lens was 5.39±1.43°, the central decentration radius was 0.43±0.24 mm and the depth of ante-rior chamber was 3.80±1.4 mm. In eyes with intracapsular fixation, the corresponding valueswere 1.88±0.97°, 0.35±0.24 mm and 3.52±0.31 mm. The lens inclination was significantly greater in eyes with ciliary sulcus fixation than those with in-the-bag fixation. There was no difference bet-ween two groups regarding the lens decentration and anterior chamber depth. Eyes with ciliary sul-cus fixation showed high postoperative visual acu-ity and slight decrease in corneal endothelial cells.
