Abstract 文献概要

　乳頭陥凹の経時的変化をとらえる方法の1つとして，乳頭上の血管走行の変化を画像上でとらえうる装置を開発した。本装置の再現性は，intraphotographicならびにinterphotographicともに良好であった。原発開放隅角緑内障15眼に本装置の応用を試み，視野障害変化，乳頭色調変化との関連について検討した。本装置によりとらえた血管走行変化は，視野障害の進行状態および乳頭辺縁部の色調変化ともある程度の相関を示した。本装置と色調解析を同時に行うことで，画像上で乳頭変化をより総合的に評価することが可能となると考えられた。

We developed a new photographic system to document the vascular structure of the optic disc. The system showed gratifying intra-and inter-photographic reproducibility. We evaluated the correlation between visual field and color of the optic disc in 15 eyes with primary open angleglaucoma by applying this system. There were fair positive correlatios between the vessel displace-ment on the one hand and severity of visual field defect and pallor of the disc on the other. The present system promises to be of value in evalua-tion of the glaucomatous optic disc when coupled with a color analysis system.
