　若年性関節リウマチ（JRA）に虹彩毛様体炎と眼底病変を合併した5歳の女児のまれな症例を経験したので報告する。JRAの発症型は全身型で抗核抗体陰性。視力は右1.0，左0.7。両眼前房と前部硝子体に細胞が多数みられた。虹彩後癒着，帯状角膜変性，白内障なし。眼底では，両眼とも著明な視神経乳頭浮腫と軽度の静脈の拡張および蛇行，後極部網膜の浮腫を認め，静脈の一部に白鞘がみられた。螢光眼底造影では視神経乳頭および静脈より色素の著明な漏出がみられた。副腎皮質ステロイド薬の内服で全身および眼科的所見が改善し再発はなかった。

A 5-year-old girl was diagnosed as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis with negative antinuclear anti-bodies. Visual acuity was slightly impaired. Both eyes showed signs of iridocyclitis. Fluorescein fun-dus angiography showed marked dye leakage from the disc and veins in both eyes. Systemic cortico-steroid therapy for 9 months resulted in resolution of fundus lesions without recurrences. This case illustrates that fundus lesions may develop, though rare, in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
