Abstract 文献概要

　裂孔原性網膜剥離94例96眼の毛様体周辺を，Ocuscan 400による水浸法でBスキャン超音波的に観察し下記の結果を得た。

（1）丘様体部における脈絡膜剥離と推察される超音波像をとらえた。

（2）丘様体E皮断裂による芒様体上皮剥離の超汗波像をとらえた。

（3）剥離網膜の鋸状縁付近の起始部のBスキャン像をとらえた。

（4） subclinical retinal detachmentのBスキャン像をとらえた。

　以上の結果は，過去に記載がなく，今後の裂孔原性網膜剥離の超音波診断に役立つ新知見である。

We observed the ciliary body region and its vi-cinity in 96 eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal de-tachment using B-scan ultrasonography. Our spe-cific method in this study was the water-bath im-mersion technique with the real-time A-and B-scan transducer (Ocuscan 400).

An ultrasonogram was obtained which showed the ciliochoroidal detachment in the ciliary body region. An ultrasonogram was obtained which show-ed the detachment of pars ciliaris retinae. A B-scan ultrasonogram was obtained which showed the peripheral detached retina at the oral region. AB-scan ultrasonogram was obtained which show-ed subclinical retinal detachment.
