Abstract 文献概要

　1975年より108例の眼瞼，眼窩部腫瘤に対し，穿刺吸引細胞診を行い，その結果を病理組織所見と対比検討を行い，以下の結果を得た。

（1）病理組織学的に悪性腫瘍と診断された症例に行った細胞診において，class IV, Vの悪性腫瘍細胞は76.396認められ，悪性を疑うclass IIIの異型細胞は18.4％に認められた。

（2）細胞診による悪性腫瘍の病理組織像の推定は68.4％に可能であった。

（3）病理組織学的に良性と診断された症例ではclass IV, Vの誤陽性はなく，class I，IIのものが84.2％であった。

（4）細胞診による良性腫瘍の病理組織像の推定は44.7％に可能であった。

　したがって本法は腫瘍の良性，悪性の診断のみならず，かなりの高率で組織像をも推定できるため治療方針を決定する上で重要な検査法である。

We performed fine needle aspiration cytologic studies in a consecutive series of 108 cases with lid or orbital tumors during the past 6 years ending October 1981. Postsurgical histopathological studies could be performed in 76 cases. The lesions proved to be malignant tumors in 38 cases and benign tumors in 38 cases.

In the 38 cases with malignant tumor, aspira-tion cytology indicated malignant cells in 29 cases (76%) and strongly suspicious cells in 7 cases (18%). The cytological findings were well cor-related with the histopathological diagnosis in 26 cases.
