緒言

　Sex-linked juvenile retinoschisisは本邦ではきわめて珍しい若年性遺伝性の眼疾患である。この疾患のPeripheral retinoschisisと網膜剥離は病理組織学的にも検眼鏡的にもまつたく異なつた所見を呈す。一方，通常の眼科的検査方法では両者の鑑別がまつたく困難な症例もまれではあるが存在する^{12）16）18）}。この時は治療が関係してくるので確実な診断が要求され，より積極的な診断方法をとる必要がある。われわれは通常の眼科的検査方法で鑑別に苦しみ，診断的光凝固術を施行することによつて確定診断できた症例を経験したので報告する。

Sex-linked retinoschisis in a 6-year-old maleis reported. The family history suggested sex-linked pattern of inheritance. The right eye showed typical fundus picture of retinoschisis. The left eye showed bullous retinoschisis with holes in the inner retinal layer. As the inner layer was cloudy and was high elevated, the condition simulated bullous retinal detachment so closely as to make differential diagnosis dif-ficult by routine ophthalmological examinations including binocular ophthalmoscopy with scleral depression.
