裂孔原性網膜剥離の周辺群裂隙型と円孔型との疾病経過の相違

（1）醐辺群網膜剥離の両型においては，初発症状発症後，1ヵ月内の受診例の割合が，裂隙型では91％，円孔型では60％であった。

（2）発症後，1ヵ月を越えた受診例では，裂隙型はMVRを合併したものが過半数に及んだのに対して，円孔型では皆無であり，この型では，陳田化すると網膜二次変性所見のみられたものが多かった。

（3）裂隙型は，網膜の剥離進行が急速かつ広範囲で，時期を失すると予後は不良になりやすく，逆に円孔型は，緩慢な経過で長期間放置しても，予後の良好なものが多かった。

We evaluated 202 eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, who were seen by us during the past 6 years, according to the shape of the reti-nal breaks. There were 122 eyes belonging to tear type and 80 eyes to hole type. We detected mar-kedly different characteristic features between the two groups.

After the presumed onset of retinal detachment,50% of cases of tear type visited us within one week and 91% within one month. Only 20% of cases of hole type visited us within one week after onset fo the disease and 60% within one month.
