Abstract 文献概要

　視神経乳頭に毛髪の発生した27歳女性の1症例を報告した。約2年間の経過観察の結果，視力障害は改善されたが，形，色，太さ，成長状態から毛髪が考えられ，螢光像から脈絡膜に毛髪の発生させる様な組織の存在が疑われる。一番考えられるのはdermoid—cystや，　teratomaである。　Dukc-Elderによれば1861年にFollinが脈絡膜のdermoid-cystに毛髪の発生した1症例を報告しているのみである。

A piece of hair was detected along the temporal disc margin in the right eye of a 27-year-old female. During the subsequent two years of follow-up, we could confirm that the hair continued to grow toward the vitreous cavity. On fluorescein angio-graphy, the choroidal fluorescence was blocked in the area where the hair was located. It was assumed that the growth of the hair originated in the choroid.
