Abstract 文献概要

　脈絡膜の孤立結核は腫瘍状結核とも云われ，一般に限局性，慢性に経過する稀な眼疾患とされているが，然し文献上には割合に多く記載され，北原氏は明治25年第1例より昭和8年に至る間に50有余例を挙げている程である。本病変の原発部は多く脈絡膜血管内に見られるが，私達も最近肺浸潤罹患中に発病した脈絡膜孤立結核例と乳頭境界に初発した孤立結核例の興味ある2症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of solitary tuberculosis in choroid occured in 21 yr. old female of pulmonary tuberculosis and a case of solitary tuberculosis occured in disc margin of 21 yr. old male. Vision were improved by P. A. S. and Streptomycin therapy resuling scar. Lichen scrofulosorum retinae and periphlebitis tuberculosa retinalis occured in its process were important on diagnosis. These cases have shown the splended progress of treatment, by antibiotics. Considering the litertures, this disease seem to occure frequently in 16-25yr. old in our country and be hematogenous origin which occure most frequently in posterior portion in fundus.
