Abstract 文献概要

　ベーチェット病患者38例を対象にコンピューターを用い解析し，次のことが明らかとなった。

（1） Hypopyonは対象眼の67.1％，前眼部発作の31.6％に，黄斑部出血は対象眼の40.8％，眼底発作の23.6％にみられ，いずれも対象眼の22.4％に再発した。

（2）眼発作は患者の89.5％が両眼，10.5％が片眼のみに発生し，両眼交互に起きる規則性はみられなかった。

（3）眼発作の期間は，前眼部発作2〜18日（平均9日），眼底発作5〜49日（平均23日）で，その間隔は2〜1,082日（平均96日），6カ月以内85.8％，2カ月以内50％であった。

（4）眼発作の特定季節への集中はみられず，患者の50％はすべての，84.2％は二つ以上の季節に発生し，夏の発作は梅雨と密接な関係がみられた。

（5）静脈血白血球・好中球数は眼発作を中心に変動した。ともに発作3週前から増加し発作前後各1週に最高となり，前眼部と眼底の発作の間に差はなく，重症な眼底発作は軽症より発作前早期に著しく増加した。

We performed a computerized, multifactorial analysis on ocular manifestations in 38 patients with Behcet's disease based on recorded clinical data during 1971-1979. The cases comprised of 32 males and 6 females.

Out of the total of 180 acute attacks in the an-terior ocular segment, hypopyon was present in31.6%. Macular hemorrhage occurred in 23.6% of acute attacks in the fundus. The incidence of hypopyon was 67% and that of macular hemorr-hage was 41% in the 76 eyes. Both occurred in the same eye in 22%. The acute ocular attacks occur-red unilaterally in 11% of the 38 patients and bilate-rally in 89%.
