非定型的脈絡膜欠損例および嚢胞を伴った脈絡膜欠損例に続発した網膜剥離について

Two cases of retinal detachment associated with choroidal coloboma ; a case with atypical choroidal coloboma and a case with a cyst in the vitreous

　非定型的脈絡膜欠損に伴う網膜剥離および，網膜嚢胞と思われる嚢胞が脈絡膜欠損部にみられ，特異な経過をたどった網膜剥離の各1例について報告した。

We observed five cases of retinal detachment with choroidal coloboma during the past 5-year period. Two cases showed unusual clinical features as below. A 47-year-old male developed retinal detachment associated with an atypical choroidalcoloboma in the superior temporal quadrant mea-suring 6DD. The condition was successfully treated by cryopexy and two segmental bucklings with sili-cone sponge applied to the coloboma and the tear in the inferior nasal periphery. Detachment recur-red 6 months later from the site of coloboma.
