　Retinal arterial macroaneurysmの3例について，その臨床像を報告した。内1例は両眼性の症例であつた。網膜動脈瘤の早期診断，治療における片眼所見の重要性を強調し，光凝固の効果については，自然経過例との比較検討が今後も必要であろうと述べた。

Three cases of retinal arterial macroaneurysms arc presented. They were two females and one male, aged 82, 73 and 68 years respectively.

In the fellow eye, there was proliferative retino-pathy in case 1 and fibrotic macroaneurysm in case 2, suggesting bilateral involvement of the condition.

The macroaneurysm was associated with various complications. There was retinal hemorrhage simu-lating branch vein occlusion in case 1 and pre-and subretinal hemorrhage similar to hemorrhagic detachment of the retinal pigment epithelium insenile macular degeneration in the other cases.
