片眼中心性網膜炎（増田）の所見を示した胞状網膜剥離の3例

Three cases of bullous retinal detachment showing central serous retinopathy like lesion in the fellow eye

　片眼に増田型中心性網膜炎の所見を認めた胞状網膜剥離3例の臨床経過を報告した。胞状網膜剥離が両眼性の疾患であるという見地より胞状網膜剥離の軽症例と増田型中心性網膜炎とは臨床像からは鑑別が困難ではないかと考えた。

Three subjects, aged 33, 41 and 49 years res-pectively, developed bullous retinal detachment in one eye and central serous retinopathy in the fellow eye. Fluorescein angiographic features were also typical for the diagnosis. Since bullous retinal detachment is basically a bilateral disease, it appears that the central serous retinopathy in our present cases may represent atypical or mild form of bullous retinal detachment.
