　我々は，Acromegalyの発症後20年乃至30年の経過後糖尿病を発症し，数年の経過中に，Re—tinopathyを示した症例に遭遇したので，ここに報告したい。

Studies were made on the two cases of diabetic retinopathy found in the patients of acromegaly with diabetes mellitus.

Case 1 : A woman aged 48 had been suffering from acromegaly for the last 20 years and from diabets mellitus for about four years (since 1957). She was given a radiation therapy at the hypothalamus with Co⁶⁰ (total dosage 7000r) from Jan. to Feb. 1960. Then, the treatment with insulin and thyroid hormons and others has been continued for about 4 months when a hemorrhage blot was found downwards near the opticdisc of the left eye. No abnormality was recognised in her vision and visual field at this time.
