眼筋麻痺91名（昭35.1.1〜昭36.10.31．）について2〜3観察した。
1）総例91例で，Ⅲ—麻痺32.9％，Ⅵ—麻痺56.1％等が主である。
The 91 cases of the ocular nerve paralysis were observed at our ophthalmic clinic, from 1-1-'60 to 10-31-'61.
The 91 cases that met our requirement were divided into four group, as shown in Table 1.
Classification of the causes of nerve paralysis is listed in Table 2.
a) Head trauma stands out as the most frequent causes of III nerve paralysis, account-ing for about 24% (7 cases) of our cases.
b) In our cases only two cases are IV nerve paralysis.
c) Head trauma also stands out as the most frequent causes of VI nerve paralysis, and brain tumor is 2nd places, 8 cases 16%.
