糖尿病性網膜症の臨床的観察

Clinical observation on retinopathia diabetica

　近年糖尿病性網膜症は増加しつつあるように思われる。我々は最近数年間の糖尿病患者について分析を加えたので発表したい。

　本文中の第Ⅰ群（group　Ⅰ）は昭和34年6月より昭和36年5月迄，第Ⅱ群（group　Ⅱは昭和32年6月より昭和34年5月迄に当科を訪れた患者についての統計である。

Report 1 (On Hypertension and Albumiuria)

The followings were clarified with the diabetic patients examined at our clinic during the period from June, 1957 to May, 1961.

1. Diabetic retinopathy was observed in 26.2% of the diabetic patients examined (57 of 217).

2. The female diabetic retinopathy was found in 32.1% (26 of 81), while the male diabetic retinopathy in 22.8% (31 of 136).

3. The distribution of the diabetic retinopathy in age is as follows ; the 6th decade : 39 %, the 7th decade : 33%, the 5th decade : 18%, the 4th decade : 8.9% and the 3rd decade : 1.7%.
