最近我々は,右眼視力障害と,長期にわたる両眼高度の眼球突出例で,脳血管写に依り,眼動脈の拡大,前大脳動脈の後退像から,腫瘍摘出が行われ,病理組織学的にMeningiomaと確認した一例に遭遇しのたで,ここに報告したい。
The authors reported a case of a 31 year-old man with right orbital-roof meningioma which had grown to be about a man's fist size.
1). For the previous several years before the admission to our Hospital, he had suffered from nasal obstruction and sometimes from nasal bleeding.
Bilateral exophthalmos and the symptomes of high intracranial pressure such as neausea, vomiting, headache and others had been observed for several months before he underwent medical examination for the first time.
