An orbital-roof meningioma with exophthalmos and its angiographic findings

　最近我々は，右眼視力障害と，長期にわたる両眼高度の眼球突出例で，脳血管写に依り，眼動脈の拡大，前大脳動脈の後退像から，腫瘍摘出が行われ，病理組織学的にMeningiomaと確認した一例に遭遇しのたで，ここに報告したい。
