脈なし病と網膜中心動脈枝閉塞症

A case of pulseless disease associated with the obstraction of the branch of the central retinal artery

　我々は，最近脈なし病と診断入院加療中，中心動脈枝閉塞を併発した一例に遭遇したのでここに報告したい。

1. A woman aged 19 had been suffering from occasional attacks of face-palor and blur-red vision, and treated under the diagnosis of pulseless disease. At the first examination at our eye department no particular ophthalmological abnormality was observed, and then she was attacked by sudden visual disturbance of the right eye (vision being C.F./40cm with absolute central scotoma), diagnosed as obstruction of the lower temporal branch of the right central retinal artery.
