糖尿病性網膜症の臨床的諸因子の観察（Ⅰ）

On some clinical factors in diabetic Retinopathy

　昭和33年1月1日より，37年6月30日迄に名大眼科外来を受診した糖尿病患者893名内，糖尿病性網膜症206名について，頻度，年齢，罹病年数，眼底Stageの点について分析した。

　1．頻度。

糖尿網膜症（Ret）は23.6％にみとめた。（表1）（注）石川氏（27.1％）

1 : Out of 873 cases of diabetes 206 cases of diabetic retinopathy (23.6%) were recognized.

2: Retinopathy was more frequent in thefifries (36.4%) in the sixties (23.6%) age group.

3 : Retinopathy was most frequent among those who had suffered from diabetes for more five years.

4 : Retinopathy was divided into six stages according to Wagener : Stage I (40.8%), Stage II (32.5%), Stage III (12.6%), Stage IV (8.3 %) and Stage V and VI (5.8%).
