搏動性眼球突出症の2例

Two cases of pulsating exophthalmos

I．緒言

　頸動脈海綿静脈洞瘻は，特異な搏動性眼球突出症を示す事より，脳血管障害中特に眼科的に特徴のあるものであり，古くより幾多の報告がある。我々には最近2例の同症を経験したので報告したい。

Authors reported 2 cases of the pulsating ex opthalmos. Case 1. Female, 43 years old. She noticed headache 1 month ago, after wea-ks she was attached with sever headache, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus and pulsating exo-pthalmos. Examination showed marked pro-ptosis of the right eye, exopthalmometer R. E. 19mm; L. E. 13mm. A systolic bruit was heard on the periorbital region. Both thrill and bruit could be made disappeared by compressing the internal carotid artery. R.E.V. 0.4 (1.2); L.E.V. 0.4 (1.2). Eye movement of the right eye was disturbed to upper-down and lateral wards.
