血清総コレステロールと糖尿病性網膜症（Ⅱ）

Total serum cholesterol and diabetic retinopathy

　血清総コレステロール（コ値と略す）について糖尿病性網膜症（Ret）と糖尿病非網膜症（N-Ret）について調べてみた。

　結果。

（1）「コ」値のピーク。N-Retは200mg／dl （32％），Retは250mg／dl （27％）にある。（表1）

1 : The peak of total serum cholesterol di-stribution showed 250mg/dl in those with re-tinopathy and 200mg/dl in those without retinopathy.

2 : According to Ishikawa's classicifation, the peak of distribution reached the level of 200mg/dl in the fundamental type, both with and without retinopathy. Cases with retino-pathy showed 250mg/dl in Type I, 250~300 mg/dl in Type II and a highe in Type III.
