I．緒言

　私は眼圧亢進時に於ける人眼視覚系統の時値の測定を行い，第I篇にて正常人眼に於ける閾値，時値の問題を，第Ⅱ篇にて正常人眼に圧迫負荷を行つた場合の閾値，時値の変化，第Ⅲ篇にて臨床例として各種緑内障の閾値，時値に就て考按した。

　本篇に於ては後述の如き理由から恐らく存在すると考えられる緑内障眼（急性鬱血性緑内障例）に認められた同感性電気刺激反応（仮称）の閾値及び時値に就て附述する。

In this part of this communication the author will report the consensual electric reaction of the human eye (a provisional name). This reaction indicates that the loading elements of one eye may have influence upon the chronaxia and the rheobase of the other eye. The auther observed this reaction in a case of acute idflammatory glaucoma after iridec-tomy. Also in another case of acute inflammatory glaucoma the same reaction was obser-ved after having blocked the diseased eye, with a retrobulbar injection of procaine.
